Las Maracas Mexican Restaurant in Ocean Shores

We came in here about half an hour before close because we had just got into town. They greeted us with open arms and didn't make a fuss about us coming in so late. The food was really good but the staff made the experience wonderful! I highly suggest this establishment!

We were treated very rudly this evening. So we came in with a party of 6. I get that they can only sit 5 too a table. So i was like ok you have 2 tables right and the lady said yes, so I was like ok these 4 will sit together and me and son will sit at another table. They were like we cant do that because you cane as a party of six. Thank you Bennetts fish shake. They worked with our party with 2 tables.. I will never go there again.

Honestly not great. The wait and serving time wasn't long but the food tasted bland. I just really enjoyed the lemonade.

We were treated very rudely today. They wouldn't seat us because I didn't have a "mask" and didn't like my t-shirt pulled up to cover my face "cloth face covering". Washington State department of health defines a cloth face covering as a commercial or home made mask or can be as simple as cloth wrapped around your head. Then when I went back to my car and got a commercial made cloth tube face covering, or "gator", they were happy with that, even though it is thinner material than my shirt is made of. Then, they wouldn't seat five of us plus a baby at 1 table even though we watched a party of 6 or 7 get seated. Los Hermanos had no problem seating us, so they get our business from now on.

The service is quick and friendly. the place is easy to find and parking is easy. Nice fountain water feature under the gazebo structure. Prices reasonable. That said, we sat with floodlights in our eyes as if being interrogated. There were just 2 other parties there during our entire meal at 5:30-6:30. The place was really cold - had to warm my hands by holding the hot entree plate. Dry, flavorless tamales. Tacos made with grocery store pre-made tortilla shells. Chile rellenos made with canned ortega chile with a glob of cheese, wrapped in scrambled egg, instead of cheese-stuffed roasted poblano chiles dipped in egg batter and deep fried. The refried beans and rice were good. If you like GOOD Mexican food, the trip to Hoquiam may be necessary. Lo siento, amigos.

Honestly service was great but the food was horrible. Too salty or no flavor across the board. Wouldn't ever eat here again.

We were excited to get out and have a nice dinner after Covid, but we were a little disappointed with our first time here. Nothing we ordered was correct. Margarita was the wrong flavor, and the wrong meat was on our tacos we ordered. Not to mention the taste was not flavorful. Very disappointed!

So the service (our waitress) was good but after spending 60 plus dollars at the restaurant for some fajitas on my lady and myself i felt very annoyed that she charged us extra for more for 3 more flour tortillas. So when we asked for a to go container and after receiving the bill i asked for a little extra sour cream since the portion was small. I love sour cream. She asked for the check back again so she could add a dab if sour cream and i kind of got annoyed at this point. She was nice and i made sure i left a 20% tip since i am sure its their policy but if i spend this kind of money a couple extra flour tortillas and a dab of sour cream should be included. Good food but a little high in price.

Always a great place to enjoy a meal when at ocean shores. Friendly and Clean , love it. Seafood chili relleno is my favorite, I always order it ♡

Chille rellenos were awesome as was the margarita. The only problem was stale tortilla chips.

Service was good. Food ok. Clean. They were nice enough to do a special order for me but $18.99 for this dish... French fries, guacamole' cheese, and carne asada. It was good but niy worth the price. We most likely will give it another try one day.

This Mexican restaurant with very tasty dishes stayed open later then they have it expected so that my wife and I could have a lovely dinner and we really love them for that tasty food and a great margarita

The table they sat us at was very dirty and didnt look like it was cleaned after someone left. The prices on the menu are different then what comes on the check and when questioned why the prices are different the server argued with me about the prices being different and then was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best place to go for Mexican food in Ocean Shores. The bar has big screen tv with a comfortable couch in front of it. A good place to catch a game.

Terrible the hostess had no customer service skills the waitress was not great and overworked, the lady that buses tables was the best help on the floor until the original bar keep came into her shift and saved the day. We won’t be back which is sad this is the one of our spot when at the beach.

Chimanga was crispy cheesy D'Lish. The fried ice cream YUCK 😩the fried flakes were hard not crunchy .

Our favorite mexican place in OS. Love everything that we have tried here, and we will be back for sure!

This restaurant exceeded all expectations!! not your run of the mill place. the vegetarian enchiladas were exceptional!! Rhonda, our host, answered all questions and was a joy!

Driving through Ocean Shores, we were happy to find a dining room open instead of take out. The dining room and table was clean and roomy. We ordered the combo plates with a taco and enchiladas. The food arrived hot, without an excessive wait. We were pleased with our dinner. We would visit this restaurant again.

Servive is really good here food takes quite some time to come out, but while we were waiting the server refilled our chips and salsa 3x times food was very hot and fresh total would recommend.

Price is average. Service was OK. My Chili Verde burrito wasn't very good and the tortilla got mushy quickly. Chips and salsa were tasty and there weren't any other complaints from the rest of the family. I remember the place across the street being better. Three stars for me.

Ay yay yay yay...que mal. SO so so bad....wins top 10 worst Mexican meals ever. Food absolutely flavorless, meat dry and flavorless, beans gritty and flavorless, chimichanga soft and mushy instead of crispy. Margaritas like artificial lime kool-aid. Took over 30 minutes to receive the food with only 8 tables occupied and after finished no one came for 20 minutes to give bill. I don't know how they will stay in business....good salsa.

Very rude staff. We have a large family and asked if we could just eat separate. We were willing to even eat in separate parts of the restaurant so we would follow Covid guidelines. They would not allow us in the restaurant because they said we all know each other.

The service was better than the food... Our waitress was very friendly and super helpful... But the food was pretty mediocre, just standard mexican food. And 3 beers cost $15 😳

Always a good pick in Ocean Shores. The staff are friendly and food is consistent. My go-to is the wet burrito. Great place for smaller and larger groups.

Good, fast service. Food was pretty good especially in comparison to most of the deep fried places that rule this town.

Our service was turned away because we had a party of 14 people. The 14 of us are all family. They said they only can seat 9 people so they could not serve us because of the covid rules. We walked out and decided we will sit separately so we'll be under their 9 a party rule. We walked in and asked if we could sit in 3 different groups. The waitress came up with attitude saying she is just trying to follow the rules. I asked her if we could sit separately. She said she will absolutely would not do that and would not serve us because we know each other. Never gonna eat there ever again. Hope people read this and consider sending their business somewhere else.

Been here before we come here once a year, first time here was awesome and over the years it just got worst and worst. 1/20/19 we decided to go since it’s were we eat before we head to the casino, only 3 people literally working, two servers and the cook.... oh and the 70yr old bus boy. We were sat pretty fast cause it really wasn’t busy (by the cook) took 30 min to get chips, another 15 till they took our order... and 30 to get our food... no one helped or asked if we needed anything the food was horrible I ordered the chicken mole... it was spongy chicken or was it ????!!! Lol I guess this will be the last time we go there. Usually I say “my opinion,go try yourself” but I really don’t recommend this place. Go else where!!!

They dont do to-go orders...really. Lose of business for you. Some people do not want to sit in a restaurant. Especially on vacation with kids!
